Adult supervision

A responsible adult must be present at all times.

A responsible adult aged 18+ must supervise the hire.
Ensure all guests follow the safety rules.
Never leave the inflatable unattended while in use.
Keep entrances and exits clear.

Before your party

A few simple checks help us make sure your setup area is suitable.

Provide suitable, reasonably level ground with sufficient clear space.
Remove sharp objects, obstacles and trip hazards.
Ensure our team has safe access to install the equipment.
Keep the installation area clear of overhead obstructions.

During your hire

Keep the party fun, comfortable and safe for everyone.

Follow the maximum guest capacity confirmed for your hire.
Drinks are permitted in cans or plastic cups only. No glass bottles or drinking glasses.
No smoking, vaping, naked flames or fireworks.
No climbing, bouncing, rough behaviour or interference with the structure.

Weather safety

Outdoor inflatable hire is weather-dependent.

Maximum permitted wind speed: 24 mph (38 km/h), subject to manufacturer confirmation.
Stop use if winds or gusts reach the permitted limit.
Do not use during thunderstorms or severe weather.
Stop use during heavy or prolonged rain or other unsafe conditions.

Electrical safety

Electrical equipment must be used correctly and kept safe.

A suitable 230V power supply must be available.
Cables must remain protected from water, damage and trip hazards.
The blower must operate continuously while the inflatable is in use.
Never unplug, move or interfere with electrical equipment.

Anchoring & position

The inflatable must remain securely installed in its agreed location.

Our team will install suitable anchoring or ballast.
Never move or reposition the inflatable.
Do not remove or adjust stakes, ropes, weights or anchors.
Keep anchoring points and the blower clear of obstruction.

If something goes wrong

Stop use immediately if a safety concern arises.

Ask everyone to leave the inflatable calmly and immediately.
Keep guests away from damaged or unsafe equipment.

Do not attempt repairs or restart equipment without our approval.

Collection & deflation

What happens at the end of your hire.

Keep everyone away during deflation
Do not remove or pack away any equipment
Our team will collect and check everything
Report any damage or missing items

Wind limit

24mph

For everyone's safety, the inflatable must not be used if wind speeds exceed 24mph (38kph). We also stop use during heavy rain, thunderstorms or other unsafe conditions.

Insurance & safety checks

We have £5 million Public Liability Insurance and our electrical equipment is PAT tested (2026). Copies of our insurance certificate and electrical safety documentation are available on request.
