Booking & Payments
Getting your party booked couldn't be easier.
Send us an enquiry through our website, by email or by telephone. We'll check availability, confirm your location and requirements, and provide the full price.
A £100 booking deposit secures your date once we've approved the booking and you've accepted our terms. Dates are first come, first served; we don't offer provisional holds.
The remaining hire balance and £150 refundable security deposit are due 7 days before your event. For bookings made within 7 days, full payment is due when booking.
We accept bank transfer, with cash by arrangement. You'll receive a detailed booking confirmation and receipts for your payments.
Yes. We'll refund it using your original payment method wherever possible, within 3 working days of collection and inspection.
Reasonable, documented deductions may apply for damage, missing hire equipment or excessive cleaning beyond normal wear and tear. If justified costs exceed the deposit, additional charges may apply.
You can change your date once without a fee if you give at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability.
If you cancel, the amount refunded depends on how close the event is and any reasonable costs we've already incurred. The £100 booking deposit will normally be retained for customer cancellations, subject to our terms and your consumer rights.
If we have to cancel because conditions are unsafe, we'll offer an alternative available date or a full refund, including your booking deposit.
Nightclub & Packages
Everything about our inflatable nightclub, equipment and packages.
All packages include our inflatable nightclub, lighting, professional installation and next-day collection.
- Big Night – £199: Inflatable nightclub and basic party lighting. Connect your own Bluetooth speaker.
- VIP Night – £299: Everything in Big Night, plus enhanced lighting, Bluetooth sound system, smoke machine, red carpet and VIP ropes, a small party prop pack and 20 LED foam glow sticks to keep.
- Glow All Out – £399: Everything in VIP Night, plus upgraded sound, UV lighting, a larger prop pack and 40 LED foam glow sticks in total to keep.
Additional extras and upgrades may be available on request.
Our standard hire includes daytime installation, use throughout the day and evening, and collection the following day. We'll agree suitable installation and collection times when booking.
Delivery, setup and collection are free in Dundee, Broughty Ferry and Monifieth. Other locations, including Angus, Perth and Fife, are welcome, with delivery quoted individually.
A separate £150 refundable security deposit is required. Any additional delivery or optional extras will be clearly quoted before you book.
Multi-day hires are also available on request.
Space, Access & Power
Making sure your garden is ready for the big night.
Our inflatable nightclub measures approximately 5.4m × 5m × 4.3m high.
Allow at least 7.4m × 7m of clear ground space, with 9.4m × 9m recommended where possible. You'll also need sufficient overhead clearance, safe access and room for anchoring.
We'll confirm suitability before accepting your booking.
Natural grass is preferred because it allows secure staking.
Patios, paving, concrete, artificial grass and indoor venues may be possible using suitable approved anchoring arrangements, subject to a site assessment.
For rented venues, you must obtain permission from the owner or authorised manager before booking. Indoor installations must also have suitable access, ceiling clearance and unobstructed fire exits.
You'll need:
- A suitable, reasonably level installation area with clear access.
- Access to a safe mains electricity supply.
- Access to water if water-filled ballast is required.
- An adult aged 18 or over to attend installation and the safety handover.
Please tell us about narrow gates, steps, access through buildings or other restrictions before booking.
Installation normally takes approximately 45–60 minutes, depending on the location and equipment.
Weather & Safety
Enjoy the party while keeping everyone safe.
Hire is weather-dependent. Light rain may be acceptable where the inflatable and electrical equipment are approved for those conditions.
We won't install or continue operating in unsafe wind, gusts, thunderstorms or other unsuitable conditions.
If we determine that weather makes the hire unsafe before installation, we'll offer a free change of date or a full refund. If conditions deteriorate during your hire, stop using the inflatable, evacuate and contact us.
If the blower stops or the inflatable begins losing air, everyone must leave immediately.
Don't re-enter until the inflatable is fully inflated and safe to use.
For other equipment faults, contact us using the details provided at handover. We'll help where possible and assess any appropriate refund fairly if the hire is significantly affected.
Yes. Overnight hire is included, with collection normally taking place the following day.
Turn off party equipment when it's not in use and follow the specific blower and safety instructions provided at installation. The inflatable must never be used without appropriate adult supervision.

We're based in Dundee and cover Dundee, Broughty Ferry, Monifieth, Angus, Perth and Fife, with other locations considered on request.
Delivery, setup and collection are included in Dundee, Broughty Ferry and Monifieth. We'll quote any travel charge for other locations before confirming your booking.
Yes! We deliver, install, secure and test the nightclub, then explain the equipment and safety requirements before handing it over.
We'll return at the agreed collection time to dismantle and remove everything.
Please remove your belongings, decorations and rubbish before collection. You don't need to be present for collection if we've agreed safe, unobstructed access in advance.
We carry out site assessments and provide customer safety instructions, with a safety handover checklist signed during installation.
You'll receive a link to our Customer Safety Rules in your booking confirmation. Insurance information can be provided on request once cover is confirmed.
Potentially, yes! We primarily cater for private parties, but corporate functions, community events and larger organised celebrations can be considered individually.
These bookings may require additional venue permissions, insurance arrangements and safety checks. Contact us with your plans and we'll discuss what's possible.
Music, Parties & Events
Everything that makes your night unforgettable.
The nightclub is intended to accommodate up to approximately 40 guests, subject to final safety and capacity confirmation.
It's suitable for birthdays, celebrations, children's parties, teenage parties and adult events, with a responsible adult aged 18 or over supervising whenever the inflatable is in use.
The person making the booking must be at least 18.
Absolutely! You can use your own music and, with prior agreement, your own DJ or sound equipment.
You can bring drinks in cans or plastic cups, along with suitable freestanding decorations. No glass, food, smoking, vaping, flames, confetti or glitter inside the inflatable.
Please don't attach decorations to the inflatable or move, disconnect or modify its equipment.
Small tables or DJ furniture may be permitted with prior approval.
The inflatable provides an enclosed party atmosphere, but it isn't soundproof.
Music will still be audible outside, so please be considerate of neighbours and comply with local noise restrictions. We don't impose a separate fixed finishing time.
